Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Easy AI for Everyday Life website, digital resources, workshops, and courses offered by Golden Pond Investments Inc. Questions may be sent to hello@easyaifor.com.
1. Using the website and purchasing
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting a resource, creating access, contacting us, or making a purchase. To purchase, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Do not use another person's payment method without authorization.
2. Educational purpose
Easy AI for Everyday Life provides education about practical uses of AI. The materials do not replace professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other specialized advice. AI tools can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Verify important output, use appropriate judgment, and follow the third-party tool's own terms and privacy settings.
Examples and demonstrations are educational. They do not guarantee a particular outcome, level of skill, amount of time saved, income, or result.
3. Offers, prices, and payment
The content, price, currency, access duration, included materials, and other terms of an offer are those displayed at the time you purchase. Prices are stated in US dollars unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. The price applied to your order is the price shown when the order is placed.
Payment is due at purchase unless the checkout explicitly offers another arrangement. The current Easy AI offers describe one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. Any different payment arrangement must be clearly stated before you agree to it.
Discounts and upgrade credits apply only as stated on the relevant offer. Keep your receipt and confirmation email for your records.
4. Course formats and digital delivery
Our educational products have different formats and included resources. Review the description of the specific product before purchasing.
The Easy AI Quick Win Workshop includes narrated instructional lessons. The EasyAIfor Comprehensive Self-Study Course uses visual, self-paced lessons that do not currently include spoken narration or voiceover. Its learning materials include a companion workbook and additional resources.
Delivery is digital, through the access or download method described in the offer and purchase confirmation. Enter your email address carefully. If you cannot access a purchased resource, contact us with the email used for the order and an order or transaction reference. Do not email full card details or passwords.
The duration of access and any included future updates are those stated in the offer you purchased. These terms do not shorten or redefine advertised access commitments.
5. Your access and permitted use
Keep account credentials private and do not share or sell access to paid content without written permission. You may use the included prompts and guidance for your own everyday or work-related tasks. Course recordings, written materials, branding, and downloadable resources may not be republished, redistributed, or resold without permission, except where applicable law permits.
You retain ownership of information you supply. Third-party AI tools may have separate rules governing the information you enter and the output they provide.
6. Acceptable conduct
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, use the service for unlawful activity, or infringe other people's rights. Any response to misuse must be proportionate and consistent with applicable law and the purchase terms.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Third-party services
Third-party AI tools, websites, payment services, and platforms are operated by their respective providers. Their availability, pricing, features, and terms can change. A reference to a tool does not imply a partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
9. Availability and responsibility
Technical problems can occur. Contact us if they prevent access to a purchase so the issue can be investigated. Nothing here promises uninterrupted operation or overrides an express commitment made in an offer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for how you use the educational materials and for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it. Nothing here excludes liability, statutory rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and questions
The terms applicable to a purchase are those made available at the time of that purchase. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated where required by law. The effective date above identifies this published version.
