Easy AI for Everyday Life offers digital resources, workshops, and online courses through Golden Pond Investments Inc.

Unless the specific offer states otherwise, digital purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once access or a download has been provided, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy.

Please review the offer description, included materials, price, access terms, and this policy before purchasing. This policy does not promise a result or a specific amount of time saved.

Problems receiving your purchase

If your confirmation, download, or course access has not arrived or does not work, contact hello@easyaifor.com. Include the email address used for the purchase, the product name, and an order or transaction reference so we can investigate and help with delivery.

Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Billing mistakes and required remedies

If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized, contact us promptly with the relevant order details. We will review the issue. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
